Moises Bakery Hallandale in Hallandale Beach, FL is looking for one experienced baker to join our Bakery team. We are located at 115 E Hallandale Beach Blvd Moises Bakery. Our ideal candidate arrives on time, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Receive and organize properly items in cold storage
- Monitor adequate proofing
- Bake every shift all items required with consistency and quality
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Ice, glaze and decorate baked goods
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
- Operate vertical full rack oven, proofer, bread slicer demonstrating knowledge of safety protocols
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker
- Enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude with a desire to grow and develop
- Must be able to work well with others and take direction
- Have an understanding of basic math – Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication required
- Have an updated resume with three references
- MUST be available for the early morning shift, weekends, and holidays
- Strong sense of organization
- Able to Muti- Task and be Detail - Oriented
- Able to lift 60 lb (bag of flour)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
